1. Please register with your Login ID and Password first.
- To protect our clients, this web site is password protected. Please register first.
- Maple's Clock reserves the right to refuse password requests or cancel existing password.
- Inactive accounts will be deleted from our system on a periodic basis.
2. Order Information
- A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process.
- A second email will be sent out after the shipment has been sent out through UPS (our standard carrier) or other carriers.
- The receipt of the first e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
- You may receive a call from Maple's Clock to confirm your order.
3. Prices and Availability
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- The colors shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and may vary on your computer system.
4. Payment Method
- We accept credit cards and debit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) only in our online store. You can safely enter your entire credit card information via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
- The orders with declined credit cards or debit cards: (1) the email will be sent out to notify the customer. (2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card or debit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
- Note: Credit card and debit card fraud will be reported to the FBI and other authorities concerned immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address and all other personal information we retain will be forwarded.
5. Shipping & Shipping charge policy
- The actual shipping cost will be charged for all orders.
- All orders received from consumers will be shipped out within 3 working days for the items in stock. All orders received from trade will be shipped out within a week for the items in stock. Back-ordered items may take 4 to 8 weeks to be filled
- We ordinarily ship orders by UPS Ground unless requested otherwise.
- Delivery time is next day to 6 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse (please refer to www.ups.com). Business day delivery service excludes Holidays & Weekends.
- The tracking number of your package can be provided upon your request.
- Please note that merchandise cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders must be sent to street addresses (physical addresses).
6. Sales Tax
Merchandise sold and shipped to destinations in the state of California are subject to sales tax unless we are provided customer’s “Certificate of Seller’s Permit”.
7. Return Policy
For Defective Items
- We exchange or repair defective merchandise according to “Limited Warranty for Maple’s Clock” expressed below.
- Please contact us by e-mail: servicing@maplesclock.com or at 562-808-1104 to arrange for a return. All returns must have a Maple’s Clock’s authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# on the shipping box. So please make sure to obtain this number from us by phone or email before shipping returns. We refuse to accept any packages for returns without our RMA#.
- Note: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in your shipment. It is in your best interest to insure your package when you ship it to us.
For Damaged Items
It is recipient’s responsibilities to inspect the packages and find any damages incurred in shipment before signing carrier’s freight bill or delivery receipt (electronic signature in case of UPS). It is extremely important for you to note the damages on the freight bill or a piece of your own paper when carrier’s shipping paper is not available like UPS and get the driver’s confirming signature for a claim to be valid. You may have to keep the damaged packages such as the master carton boxes as a proof. Failure to do these precautions will void your ability to seek reimbursement or replacement for damages. If the carrier’s driver refuses to sign under your note, it is in your best interest to refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. A replacement will be sent and we will handle the claim process.
Note: Once you accept the delivery of the damaged merchandise without taking precautions above mentioned, which we require you to do, we will not be able to assist you with your claim. You will have to process the claim yourself.
8. Limited Warranty For Maple’s Clock
Maple’s clock’s warranty for the clocks is one year from the date of purchase. But this general rule may be waived to certain items. Specific warranty information and exceptions prevail over the general rules and the specific warranty information and exceptions are described in the instruction manuals packed with the clocks. A copy of your purchase receipt must be physically submitted together with the defective clock(s) to prove date of purchase. In order for the warranty to be valid, the clock must be unpacked, se-up, hung and operated properly, according to those very detailed instructions.
Maple’s Clock warrants to the original purchaser or the recipient from the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. Maple’s Clock’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from, but not limited to, abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
MAPLE’S CLOCK DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ON THIS PRODUCT AFTER ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
9. Terms of Use Statement
You understand and agree that Maple’s Clock, its directors, officers, employees, and other representatives of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if Maple’s Clock, its directors, officers, employees and other representatives of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and/or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and/or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
10. Privacy
Any personal information such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, products purchased, credit card or debit card information, etc, obtained by us through various medias is completely confidential, and is maintained by Maple’s Clock in a secure and protected environment, and will never be released to any third party. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with others.

- All content appearing on this web site is the property of Maple’s Clock. As a properly registered user, you are authorized to view and print the content on this web site as long as 1. We have done our best to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event products are listed at incorrect prices or with incorrect information due to whatever reasons, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged.
